Little Red

Little Red

Little Red are Adrian Beltrame (guitar, vocals), Dominic Byrne (vocals, guitar), Quang Dinh (vocals, bass), Taka Honda (drums) and Tom Hartney (vocals, percussion). A five piece pop band based in Melbourne, Australia.

Little Red was formed in 2005, and was featured on Triple J Unearthed. They released the debut album Listen to Little Red independently in Australia in 2008 and have received regular plays on Triple J (Australian nation-wide radio station) and were voted #47 on the 2008 Triple J Hottest 100.

Listen to Little Red will be released internationally in early 2010.

This band could just as well be a oldies rock and roll band like the one they had in the 60′s. Try an unabashed guitar, and funky punk pop and you have Little Red.

This music makes you wanna dance and sing like no one is watching. Little Red makes the sound of modern time rock ‘n’ roll and with the combination of  ‘doo-wop punk’ and three vocalists singing for your attention. They can’t do it wrong.

Beatbullyz

Beatbullyz

Beatbullyz are a four piece band from Swindon, and is most likely one of the most optimistic hip hop bands I’ve ever heard. They are Disco (drums), Philonious Funk aka Chilly (decks), Bozo (lyricist) and Bully (vocals).

They released the debut album Rootz in 2008, and the latest official single “Golden City” was released in November 2009.

This music is atmospheric, urban and a brilliant crossing of urban hip hop, electronica funk, dance and skasoul. And can most likely be the UK answer of Black Eyed Peas.

Keys to Life reminds me of Just Jack’s Embers. And is one of the reasons why they’ve been compared with the likes of Just Jack and Black Eyed Peas. The lyrics are brilliant and have a indescribable combination of the above mentioned genres.
