Music from a Bedroom : Detox Cute and the Beauty Junkies & Martino Vergnahi

Detox Cute and the Beauty Junkies

This is the cutest pop trash duo you’ll ever hear.

Detox Cute and the Beauty Junkies are Paisley Pattenden and Charlie Darling. Two friends from Brighton and London, both with a big love of pop music.

The music is created by fancy pop trash phrases, sounds effects from various British series, disco pop and a lovely piano. And are influenced by Cilla Black and Cliff Richard – when they go pop together.
And the result is when 60′s pop meet some 80′s pop and newer space and electronic pop. And it’s adorable!

Martino Vergnaghi

Martino Vergnaghi is an Italian music producer, who creates chill out and relaxing daydream music. “Blue Star” is Martino Vergnaghi’s debut album, created after two years of hard work. And the result is absolutely delightful.

“Blue Star” contains a nice mix of instrumental chill out music, ambient and psybient new age tones and nice touch of some Italian vocals. All nicely done and you’ll get an extraterrestrial feeling of it.

Music from a Bedroom : Microfiches & Capulets

m

Microfiches

Microfiches are Siddie (vocals/guitar), Sloth (bass), Rad (drums) and Surd (guitar/vocals/sampling). And they are an alternative/shoegaze band from Pune, India.

This is Indian madness, and spiritual noise of another dimension.

They make noise, systematic noise. Combined with some vocals that suits the music perfectly. They have some indescribable outburst from time to time, but still, it’s brilliant.
Although, it can be difficult to really get this music. But if you get it – it’s stuck. And can probably be good music to have as a background noise while you daydream.

Capulets

Capulets are a two-piece experimental rock band from the north of London, and they are Luke Hebblethwaite (vocals, guitar) and Pietro DeSantis (keyboards, backing vocals).

The best thing about this music is how good the music is all over. The lyrics are very well written, and the way the music is mixed and produced makes it sounds like inventive and good psychedelic cowboy rock from the 80′s.

The music doesn’t get boring, as it is has a genius mix of psychedelic and alternative rock, mixed with some good  experimental rock.
