When I wrote about Montpelier the first time (March ’10), they had just released debut EP “Montpelier EP” (recorded in LA and produced by Kevin Augunas (Cold War Kids, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Yves Klein Blue)) and was making themselves ready for what happen to be quite a busy year.

The year included supporting acts for Frightened Rabbit and Biffy Clyro, before scoring the opportunity to spend time at Space Junk Studios in Sydney with ARIA nominated producer Tim Powles (Regular John, The Church).

The first single “Last Boat” from the upcoming EP (due to be released April ’11) is ready – and the music video can be seen below.
