Chris Perrin & The Minor Falls

Chris Perrin & The Minor Falls are a modern rock/folk/acoustic band from Portsmouth. And consist of Chris Perrin (vocals, guitar, piano), James Ronnie Wheeler (drums, percussion), Rob Wilmshurst (bass) and David Wolhuter (guitars).

‘I’ve cheated on her, abandoned her, and at times tried to forget that she even exists…but I the truth is that I was destined to be with her, and I love her like no other…’

This is how Chris Perrin describes his relationship with the music he writes. He’s not new in this world of music; he has already played in two other bands – Zuma and Thirst. He has also done some solo performances, before he disappeared for a while.

But now he’s back – fronting a new band, The Minor Falls.

This music is what you hear when a gentle summer acoustic sound meets a soft southern jazzy rock band from the late 70’s. This is characteristic music, and has potential to become something really good in this genre some day.
